摘  要:在小直径长距离盾构隧道施工中,合理的通风方式对保障作业人员的身体健康、提高生产率非常重要,由于受断面狭小和设备复杂的影响,其通风管路的布置与常见的地铁盾构隧道施工有所不同,需要根据作业条件,对施工通风作出适当的优化调整,才能达到最佳的效果。以上海市天然气崇明岛—长兴岛—浦东新区跨长江管道工程为例,对小直径长距离隧道泥水盾构施工的通风方式进行技术分析研究及实践,可为类似工程提供借鉴。During shield construction featured with minor diameter and long distance, reasonable ventilation methods are very important to ensure workers' health and increase productivity. Due to the influence of the narrow section and complicated equipment, the layout of ventilation ducts is different from that commonly used in subway shield tunnel construction, and it is necessary to conduct proper optimization and adjustment of ventilation according to relevant requirements, so as to achieve the best results. Taking Shanghai natural gas trans-Yangtze River from Chongming Island to Changxing Island to Pudong New District pipeline project as an example, this paper has given the technical analysis, research and practice on ventilation methods for minor diameter and long distance slurry shield construction, which can provide references for similar projects.
