摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代背景下,各行各业与网络深度融合,促进了自身的繁荣发展,高校就业指导工作与互联网已经有一定的结合,仍需要创新,达到深层次融合。本文解析了地方性高校在就业指导方面存在四方面问题,提出了"互联网+"背景下,地方性高校就业指导工作的创新性对策。In the ＂Internet Plus＂ era, various industries and networks have been deeply integrated to promote their own prosperity. The college＇s employment guidance work has already had a certain combination with the Internet, and innovation is still needed to reach deeper levels of integration. This paper analyzes four problems in the employment guidance of local colleges and universities and puts forward the innovative countermeasures for employment guidance of local colleges and universities in the context of＂Internet Plus＂.
