深圳经济特区的体制改革探索及其示范价值

摘　　要：经济特区是我国改革开放的试验田,深圳经济特区以其发展成就充分阐释了改革开放是当代中国的关键一招。在我国面向现代化的第二个百年目标新征程上,中央给予了经济特区新的时代定位。深圳经济特区将迎来深化改革引领现代化战略、在高端层面参与全球对话、探索高质量发展样板、打造世界级城市和创新中国特色社会主义协同发展体制机制等新机遇。站在新的历史起点,深圳经济特区应围绕推进现代化产业体系建设、健全收入分配体制和激励机制、推动新一轮全面开放和区域协同发展、建设幸福智慧城市、建设一流软环境等方面,继续引领下一步改革探索。The special economic zone is the experimental field of China＇s reform and opening-up policy. With its development achievements, Shenzhen special economic zone has fully explained that reform and opening-up policyis the key measure of contemporary China. On the new journey towards the second centennial goal of modernization,the central government has given a new era orientation to special economic zones. Shenzhen special economic zone will meet opportunities such as deepening the reform of modernization strategy, attending global dialogue on top level, exploring the high-quality development model, building world-class cities and innovation mechanism of the coordinated development system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Standing at a new historical starting point,Shenzhen special economic zone should focus on enhancing modern industry system construction, improving income distribution system and incentive mechanism, promoting a new round of comprehensive opening and regional coordinated development policy, constructing happiness wisdom city and first-class soft environment to continually lead the next step of reform exploration.
