摘　　要：叶圣陶是编辑出版家,又是文学家、教育家和语言艺术家。正因为多重身份集于一身,叶圣陶强调"编辑一定要严把语言文字关",说到底就是要有一种工匠精神。这是叶圣陶编辑出版理念与实践的最大亮点,也是区别于其他名家的重要标识。具体包括三方面:要注意"表现意思是否正确";要注意"认真锤炼语言";要注意"语言的规矩"。叶圣陶不忘初心、身体力行,为所有使用汉语的人尤其是编辑出版工作者树立了光辉典范。Ye Shengtao is an editor and publisher, as well as a writer, educator and language artist.
