摘 要:对PET/PA 6橘瓣型超细纤维水刺非织造布采用碱减量法进行开纤处理,由正交试验得出最佳碱减量工艺参数为碱减量温度95℃、Na OH质量分数5%、碱减量时间20 min。并将碱减量PET/PA 6橘瓣型超细纤维水刺非织造布与市面上现有的化妆棉做比较,得出碱减量PET/PA 6橘瓣型超细纤维水刺非织造布可应用于化妆棉市场的结论,以期为碱减量PET/PA 6橘瓣型超细纤维水刺非织造布的应用和化妆棉新品种的开发拓宽思路。The spun-laced nonwovens made of PET/PA 6 orange profile ultra-fine fibers was treated by the alkali reduction method to split the fibers,and the optimum alkali reduction process parameters were obtained by the orthogonal test,which were the temperature at 95℃,the Na OH mass fraction at 5%,time at 20 min. And by comparing alkali-reduced spun-laced nonwovens made of PET/PA 6 orange profile ultra-fine fibers with existing cotton pads in the market,the conclusion that the alkali-reduced spun-laced nonwovens made of PET/PA 6 orange profile ultra-fine fibers could be used in the cotton pads' market was obtained,which hoping to broaden the ideas for the application of the alkali-reduced spun-laced nonwovens made of PET/PA 6 orange profile ultra-fine fibers and the development of new varieties of cotton pads.
