摘　　要：科学评估是确定老年人长期照护服务需求和提供帮助的关键。梳理国内外老年人长期照护服务对象认定工具、服务方案评估工具以及服务等级评估工具的内容及特点,总结发达国家的有益经验,结合分析中国先行地区的相关评估工具探索实践,为我国建立和完善老年长期照护需求评估体系提出了相应的建议。Scientific assessment is a key to determining the long -term care needs and supplies of the older people. Elderly long - term care needs assessment tools include object identification tools, care services content assessment tools, care grade assessment tools and so on. Combing the content and characteristics of assessment tools, summarizing the useful experience of developed countries and our leading areas, can provide a reference for our country to establish and improve the long- term care needs assessment system of the elderly.
