摘　　要：本文在梳理撒马尔罕阿夫拉西阿卜(Afrasiab)大使厅东壁壁画相关研究的基础上,重新复原了壁面内容,对壁画诸元素、各单元内容进行辨析,认为东壁壁画主题是印度史诗《摩诃婆罗多·初编》所载福身王故事中有关毗湿摩诞生的情节。The discussion about the murals on the east wall of the hall of ambassadors in Afrasiab site of Samarkand is made in the thesis by restoring the composition and identifying any elements and content of each section, followed by the idea that the painting is the reflection about the birth of Bhishma from the tale of Santanu included in the Indian epic Mahabharata(Mó Hé Pó Luó Duō).
