摘　　要：目的:探讨头皮针治疗美尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:选择我科1995年1月～1999年6月收治的美尼埃病患者132例,随机分组,治疗组与对照组采用相同的药物治疗,同时治疗组配合头皮穴位针灸,穴取双侧足运感区、晕听区、感觉区、平衡区。结果:治疗组眩晕的完全控制率为87.9％,对照组眩晕的完全控制率27.0％,两组差别有统计学意义。结论:西药配合头皮穴位针灸治疗美尼埃病疗效优于单纯使用常规西药治疗。Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of scalp-acupuncture on Meniere's disease. Methods 132 cases treated in our department from Junuary 1995 to June 1999 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both the groups were treated with same medicine and at the same time, the treatment group were treated in combination with scalp-acupuncture on bilateral zones of movement and feelings of the foot, fainting and hearing zones, sensation zones and balance zones. Results The complete control rate for dizziness was 87.9% in the treatment group and 27.0% in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Scalp-acupuncture combined with western medicine has a better therapeutic effect than simple routine western medicine for Miniere's disease.
