摘  要:通过对ISP熔炼工序主要设备:密闭鼓风炉、电热前床、冷凝分离系统的结构优化、新型耐火材料的应用及有效的炉窑特别护理措施,使ISP熔炼工序大修周期由3年延长到6年以上,个别设备可达15年以上,基本解决了ISP熔炼大修周期短、维修费用高的弊端。The structure optimization of main equipment in ISP smelting process was carried out,such as closed blast furnace,electric heating front bed and condensation separation system.Application of new refractory material and effective nursing measures for kiln.Through the above measures,the overhaul cycle of ISP smelting process has been extended from 3 years to more than 6 years,and the individual equipment can be more than 15 years,basically solved the disadvantages of ISP smelting overhaul cycle short and the high maintenance costs.
