摘　　要：介绍了科技档案管理系统的设计思路,并对使用LAMP网站框架搭建档案管理系统过程中的关键技术(如中文分词技术)等进行了相关的描述。This paper introduces the design idea of scientific and technological archives management system,and describes the key technology（such as Chinese word segmentation technology）in the process of using LAMP website frame to build file management system.
