摘　　要：中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,统领中国特色社会主义发展事业全过程。社会主义核心价值观是中国特色社会主义在价值观上的具体体现。中国共产党通过政治领导、思想领导和组织领导统领社会主义核心价值观建设,具体体现为:在政治上,中国共产党通过制定制度建设社会主义核心价值观;在思想上,中国共产党通过价值导向建设社会主义核心价值观;在组织上,中国共产党通过培养高素质干部建设社会主义核心价值观。The Communist Party of China, leading the whole process of the development of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, is the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The core socialist valuesare the concrete embodiment of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in terms of values.The CommunistParty of China leads the construction of core socialist values through political leadership, ideological leadership andorganizational leadership. This leadership includes that the Communist Party of China constructs the core socialistvalues through formulating systems in the field of politics; the Communist Party of China constructs the core socialist values through orientating values in the field of thoughts and the Communist Party of China constructs the coresocialist values through cultivating high-quality cadres in the field of organizations.
