摘  要:以香草兰花芽分化期叶芽、混合花芽和花芽的功能叶为对象,对功能叶内源植物激素含量变化及其差异进行探讨。结果表明,在香草兰花芽分化过程中,生长素IAA具有促进花芽分化的作用,玉米素核苷ZR和赤霉素GA具有抑制花芽分化的作用,脱落酸ABA具有先促后抑的作用。Functional leaves of leaf bud, mixed bud and floral bud of Vanilla(Vanilla planifolia Andrews)during the period of flower bud differentiation were observed to analyze their changes and differences in endogenous hormone content. The results showed that IAA could promote flower bud differentiation of vanilla, that ZR and GA could inhibit the flower bud differentiation, and that ABA could promote first and then inhibit the flower bud differentiation.
