清水二次浸种处理节瓜种子打破休眠试验初报

摘　　要：通过对贮藏约7个月已过休眠期的节瓜种子进行常温清水一次浸种、新鲜种子常温清水二次浸种,研究其对发芽势和发芽率的影响。结果表明,不同的浸种时间影响节瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率,其中以浸种4 h的发芽势和发芽率最高;清水二次浸种4 h处理对打破节瓜种子休眠最有效,平均发芽势达70.7%,发芽率达86.8%。The seeds of hairy gourd（Benincasa hispida（Thunb.） Cogn. var. chieh-qua How.）, stored for 7 months, were soaked once in water, and the fresh seeds of hairy gourd were soaked twice in water under the room temperature to analyze the effect of water soaking on the germination potential and germination rate. The results showed that the germination potential and germination rate of the hairy gourd seeds were influenced by water soaking for different hours, and were the highest when the seeds were soaked for 4 h.The seeds soaked twice in water for 4 h released their dormancy most effectively with the average germination rate of 70.7% and the germination rate of 86.8%.
