摘  要:测定海南省主栽的3种红肉火龙果果肉中营养元素含量和品质指标,比较不同品种间的差异。结果表明,不同品种火龙果中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu含量差异不显著,Mg、Zn、Vc、可溶性固形物含量及糖酸比差异显著。与金都一号、大龙火龙果比较,长红火龙果果实K、Fe、Mg、Vc、可溶性固形物含量及糖酸比均较高。综合而言,长红火龙果品质最优。Nutrient elements and quality of fruit flesh of 3 major red-fleshed pitaya varieties were determined and their differences were compared. The results showed that the 3 pitaya varieties were not significantly different in the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Fe, Mn and Cu, and significantly different in the contents of Mg, Zn, Vc, soluble solids and ratio of sugar to acid. Pitaya Changhong was higher in the flesh contents of K, Mg, Fe, Vc, soluble solids contents and ratio of sugar to acid than Pitaya Jindou1 and Pitaya Dalong. The comprehensive results showed that Pitaya Changhong had the best quality among the 3 major pitaya varieties.
