摘　　要：热带水果生产一直是海南农业的重要支柱,但其供给长期受到"丰产不丰收"、质量安全等事件困扰。影响海南热带水果有效供给的因素很多,包括自然因素、生产成本、农户自身、科技及国际贸易等多方面。集合政府、企业及科研单位构建监测预警系统、拓宽有效信息渠道、确保质量安全及应对国际贸易威胁以提升海南热带水果有效供给能力的体系构建任重而道远。Tropical fruits have always been an important part of agriculture in Hainan, but have been influenced for a long time by some events like ＂high yield and no harvest＂ and ＂quality and safety＂ problems. There were many factors affecting the effective supply of tropical fruits in Hainan, including natural factors, production costs, farmers, technology and international trade. There is still a long way to go to establish a monitoring and warning system by integrating the government, enterprises and research institutes to broaden effective information channels, to ensure quality and safety of tropical fruits and to cope with international trade threats in order to enhance effective supply capacity of tropical fruits in Hainan.
