摘  要:作者对刚出生与出生后1至6个月的8只兔的24个半月板组织结构进行了研究,观察到半月板中的细胞、胶原纤维、血管及被覆在半月板表面的滑膜等发展过程的特征,探讨了损伤半月板的修复机制。Experiments were performed on 8 white male rabbits of the same strain. Two of which were new-borns,2 were one month old, 2 were three months old, and 2 were six months old (24 menisci in total). Themenisci were taken out and sectioned at approximate 6 micron thickness. The standard staining methods withHE, and specific technique (Mallory's and VG) were adopted. 1. Fibroblasts distributed all over the newborn rabbit's meniscus with few collagenous fibers. Bloodvessels in the meniscus were plenty. There was only a very thin layer of synovial membrane covering thesurfaces of the whole meniscus. 2. In the inner part of the menisci of tha 1-month-old rabbits,there existed an area of hyaline-cartilage,with a plenty of capillaries. The intermediate part was the area of fibro-cartilage. The synovial membraneof meniscus was present. This membrane cells arranged in two or three layers, intra-membrane or submembr-ane. There were many capillaries and small vessels. 3. The general structure of the menisci of the 3-month-old rabbits, was the same as that of 1-month-old rabbits. 4. The general structure of the menisci of the 6-month-old rabbits,is similar to those of the adults. Byusing the specific staining method, it was shown that synovial membrane covered the surfaces of themenisci.
