硫磺软膏联合复方康纳乐霜治疗疥疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察硫磺软膏联合复方康纳乐霜治疗疥疮的治疗效果。方法选择广州市社会福利院康复医院2013年1月-2017年6月收治58例疥疮患儿,按入院时间顺序分成对照组28例和观察组30例,对照组给予10%硫磺软膏外涂,观察组予10%硫磺软膏联合复方康纳乐霜外涂治疗。比较两组疥疮治疗总有效率及治愈时间。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的89.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间为(4.4±1.4)d,短于对照组的(8.2±2.0)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 10%硫磺软膏联合复方康纳乐霜可有效治疗疥疮,减少用药疗程,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of sulfuric ointment combined with Kenacomb in the treatment of scabies. Methods From January 2013 to June 2017,58 cases of pediatric patients with scabies in Guangzhou Social Welfare Hospital Rehabilitation Hospital were divided into control group with 28 cases and observation group with 30 cases,according to the order of admission time. The control group was given 10% sulfur ointment,the observation group was given 10% sulfur ointment combined with Kenacomb. The total efficiency and duration of cure of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group with89.29%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The duration of cure of the observation group was（4.4＋1.4） d,which was shorter than that of the control group with（8.2＋2.0） d,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion 10% sulfur ointment combined with Kenacomb is effective in the treatment of scabies,reduces the course of treatment,is worthy of clinical application.
