针刺麻醉在鼻息肉摘除手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探求针刺麻醉在鼻息肉摘除手术中的应用效果。方法:患者 60例随机分成针刺麻醉组（针麻组）和药物麻醉组（对照组）各30例进行对比研究。结果:针麻组的Ⅰ级率为 36.67％,Ⅱ级率63.33％;对照组的Ⅰ级率33.33％,Ⅱ级率66.67％。经统计学处理,P>0.05,两组差异无显著性意义。结论:针麻达到了药麻的临床效果,表明了针麻的实用性和可靠性及优越性。Purpose To explore application of acupuncture anesthesia in nasal polypectomy. Methods 60 cases of nasal polyps were randomly divided into acupuncture anesthesia group and medicine anesthesia group, 30 cases in each group, and their results were compared. Results The rate of grade I and the rate of grade II were 36.67% and 63.33% in the acupuncture anesthesia group, and 33.33% and 66.67% in the medicine anesthesia group respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture anesthesia and medicine anesthesia have a similar clinical effect to medicine anesthesia in nasal polypectomy.
