消毒供应中心高压气枪使用防喷溅遮挡收集装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：医院消毒供应中心经常使用高压气枪对各种类型的穿刺针头、吸引器头及管腔类器械进行干燥。为加强高压气枪的安全管理,符合医院感染防控要求,我中心自行设计了高压气枪使用防喷溅遮挡收集装置并应用于实际操作中。设计的装置中高压气枪可悬挂于遮挡装置内,工作人员需要对清洗消毒后的管腔器械进行干燥时,可将待干燥的管腔器械置于装置中使用高压气枪进行冲气。通过使用这种遮挡收集装置,工作人员无需担心冲出的飞沫及气雾喷溅脸部,冲气彻底,有效提高了医疗管道、器械的干燥效果,保障管道的消毒灭菌效果。同时可有效防止冲出的飞沫及气雾降落到干燥台面与散布在空气中,污染空气;减少清洗消毒后器械的二次污染;有效降低工作人员使用气枪时引发的职业暴露风险及院内感染的风险。The hyperbaric air guns were often used to dry all kinds of puncture needle,suction heads and lumen instruments in Central sterile supply department（ CSSD）. In order to strengthen the safety management of high pressure air guns in CSSD and meet the requirements of hospital infection control,we designed an anti splash and occlusion collecting device for hyperbaric air guns and applied to clinic. The high pressure air gun can be hung on the device. Lumen instruments can be placed in the device and high pressure air gun was used for drying.By using the anti splash and occlusion collecting device,the staff do not need to worry about splashing of spray and aerosol,and the disinfection and sterilization effect of lumen instruments were effectively improved. On the one hand,it can effectively prevent spray and aerosol rushing down to the drying table and spread in the air and reduce secondary pollution. On the other hand,it can effectively reduce the risk of occupational exposure and hospital infection to staffs caused by the use of air guns.
