改良压疮护理方法在老年患者Ⅱ期压疮的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良压疮护理方法治疗老年患者Ⅱ期压疮的治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月到2016年12月入住本科院外带入皮肤Ⅱ期压疮,符合纳入标准的老年患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组采取常规护理方法,即疮面清洗后贴康惠尔溃疡贴;实验组采用改良压疮护理方法,即疮面清洗碘伏消毒后,将思密达粉剂撒于疮面,根据疮面的大小调整使用量,以思密达粉剂完全薄层覆盖疮面为标准,然后用3M透明贴覆盖。观察并记录两组患者入院第1月内压疮治疗效果,并比较两组患者压疮痊愈所需的时间。结果两组患者入院第1月内压疮治疗效果比较(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组;两组患者压疮痊愈所需的时间比较(P<0.05)实验组较对照组所需时间短,具有统计学差异。结论改良压疮护理方法治疗效果优于常规的压疮护理方法,而且其操作简单、方便,且价格低廉,值得在临床上应用推广。Objective To discuss the effect of improved nursing methods on stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers in elderly patients.Methods Fifty elderly patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers hospitalized in our hospital during January 2015 and December 2016 were divided into control group and experiment group,25 cases in each group.In control group comfeel ulcer paste was applied on the pressure ulcers. In the experimental group,the patients were given improved nursing method,cleaning sore surface and disinfection with iodophor,apply smecta powder to the surface of the sore,adjust the dosage according to the size of the surface of the sore,and use the full thin layer of smecta powder to cover the sore surface as the standard and then covered 3M transparent sticking on it. To observe and record the curative effect of pressure sore in the first month after admission,and to compare the time required for the recovery of pressure sore between the two groups. Results The effect in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P〈0.05）. The time needed for recure in the experimental group was less than the control group(P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Improved nursing method is more effective in the treatment of stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers for elderly patients. It is simple,convenient and cheap. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
