可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和E-选择素水平在急性冠脉综合征心肌梗死患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的比较冠心病、急性心肌梗死患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sl CAM-1)和E-选择素(E-selectin)水平变化探讨其临床意义。方法收集2015年4月-2016年12月本院就诊的冠心病患者76例(CHD组),急性心肌梗死患者35例(AMI组),和健康体检者32例(对照组)为研究对象,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清E-Seleetin、sl CAM-1水平,并作出相关性分析。结果 CHD组E-selectin和sl CAM-1水平明显高于对照组;AMI组E-selectin和sl CAM-1水平明显高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 sl CAM-1和E-selectin参与冠心病和急性心肌梗死患者的发生、发展过程,其测定可作为冠心病和急性心肌梗死患者的临床诊断、治疗及预后观察的一个临床指标。Objective To compare the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ sl CAM-1） and E-selectin in patients with coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction,and to investigate the clinical significance.Methods A total of 76 patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）,35 patients with acute myocardial infarction（ AMI） and 32 healthy subjects（ control group） were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum E-Seleetin and sl CAM-1 were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA and correlation analysis was performed. Results The levels of E-selectin and sl CAM-1 in coronary heart disease group were significantly different from those in control group; the levels of E-selectin and sl CAM-1 in acute myocardial infarction group were higher than those in the control group,with the differences above statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion sl CAM-1 and E-selectin participated in the occurrence and development process in coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction,which can be used as a clinical index for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction.
