髂肌血肿合并股神经和股外侧皮神经麻痹

摘　　要：本病是由几个部位的运动创伤所致,主要病理变化为髂肌下血肿。作者认为:手术清除血肿,认真止血,术后卧床休息7天,可防止再发;早期诊断、手术治疗,可使肢体迅速恢复;B超检查有助于本病的正确诊断。The femoral nerve and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve paralysis which is due to hematoma of iliacus isnot common in sports injuries. Seven cases reported in this paper showed that it occured mainly in youngadolescents when the lumbar spine is hyperextended or when they fall down with the buttock impacting on theground. Characteristics of this injury were described. B type ultrasonography examination is very helpful indiagnosis and was found valuable not only for operative purpose but also for conservative treatment. Theresults of treatment were closely related to the size of the hematoma and the time of treatment. Removinghematoma and relieving the pressure on the nerve as early as possible is considered to be beneficial for therecovery of the paralysed limb.
