摘 要:采用低熔点金属Sn的界面涂覆来提高硼酸铝晶须增强铝基复合材料的热塑性,在450℃下进行轧制比为50%的热轧变形,并对轧后复合材料的室温拉伸行为及性能进行研究。结果表明:金属Sn的界面涂覆可以提高复合材料的热轧成形能力,保持晶须较大的长径比并改善复合材料的界面结合强度,在拉伸过程中诱发应变软化行为,从而提高了轧后复合材料的抗拉强度及断裂伸长率。The interface coating with low melting point metal Sn was used to improve the thermal plasticity of aluminum borate whisker reinforced aluminum matrix composite. The hot rolling deformation of 50% rolling ratio was realized at 450 ℃. The tensile behavior and properties of the rolled composites at room temperature were studied. The results show that the interface coating of Sn can improve the hot rolling forming ability of the composites,maintain a large aspect ratio of whiskers and improve the interfacial bonding strength of the composites. And the strain softening behavior is induced during the tensile process of the rolled composites. As a result,the tensile strength and elongation of the rolled composites are improved.
