解读铁道行业标准《机车车辆轮对组装第2部分:车辆》

摘　　要：介绍我国机车车辆轮对组装标准规划及各部分标准的适用范围,重点分析说明TB/T 1718.2—2017《机车车辆轮对组装第2部分:车辆》的主要修订内容,以便更好地理解和实施该标准。同时对TB/T 1718.2—2017的主要技术内容与欧洲标准、国际铁路联盟标准、日本工业标准、国际标准化组织标准的技术内容进行了对比分析,给出我国车辆轮对组装技术要求与欧洲标准、国际铁路联盟标准所规定技术内容的差异。The Article introduces the planning of wheel-set assembly standards available for domestic rolling stocksand the applicable scope of each standard. It mainly analyses and states the main contents revised to TB/T 1718.2—2017 Wheelsets Assembly for locomotive and Rolling Stock-Part 2： Vehicles,to better understand and carry out thestandard. In the meantime,it compares the main technical contents of TB/T 1718.2—2017 with its counterparts inEuropean standards,UIC standards,JIS standards and ISO standards,stating the differences between the domes-tic wheel-set assembly technologies and the European standards and the UIC standards.
