摘  要:目的:探讨数字化院前急救平台的设计,实现院前、院内和院后急救抢救一体化。方法:利用物联网技术,梳理优化急救医疗业务流程,通过急救调度指挥、生命体征信息传输、远程急救与会诊、GPS定位与跟踪、时钟同步、时间自动采集等系统间协同来实现数字化院前急救平台。结果:基于数字化院前急救平台,实现在多学科及院内外急救体系方面信息共享和流程优化,院前与院内抢救无缝衔接、分级救治和协同救治并举,达到快速诊断、及时治疗、降低死亡率、避免浪费、改善临床预后的目的。结论:数字化院前急救平台应用对完善区域协同急救网络建设具有参考和借鉴意义。Objective: To explore the design of the digital pre-hospital emergency platform, achieve first aid and rescue integration in pre-hospital, hospital and post hospital. Methods: Using the technology of Internet of things, to comb and optimize the first aid medical business process. The digital pre-hospital emergency platform is achieved through coordination among systems such as emergency command and dispatch system, vital sign transmission system, remote emergency and consultation system, GPS positioning and tracking system, clock synchronization system, automatic time acquisition system. Results: Based on the digital pre-hospital emergency platform to achieve information sharing and process optimization in multidisciplinary and internal and external emergency systems, promoting the seamless connection between pre-hospital emergency and hospital rescue, grading treatment and collaborative treatment, and the goal of rapid diagnosis, timely treatment, reduction of mortality, avoidance of waste and improvement of clinical prognosis to the maximum extent. Conclusion: The application of digital pre-hospital emergency platform is of reference significance to improve the construction of regional cooperative emergency network.
