摘　　要：随着计算机与网络技术的发展,医院也在积极尝试数字化建设,推出了支付宝、微信、医院App等多种线上支付方式,使患者可以随时随地在手机上完成挂号、缴费、居家候诊、报告推送等一系列的就诊过程,大大地方便了患者,但同时这种新的收款方式给财务人员带来了对账难题。通过总结2016年财务对账过程中遇到的问题及解决方案,为进一步优化对账流程、提高对账效率奠定了基础。With the development of computer and network technology, hospital also actively try digital construction. We have introduced a variety of online payment methods, for example, Alipay, We Chat, hospital App, etc. These practices not only facilitate the patients to complete a series of procedures anywhere such as registration, payment, waiting at home, receiving reports and so on, but also bring reconciliation problems to the financial staff. In order to further optimize the reconciliation process and improve the efficiency, we summarized the financial problems during the process of reconciliation and its corresponding solutions in 2016.
