摘　　要：目的:方便医联体下属的基层医疗机构医师共享主体医院的医疗资源,建立医联体信息系统。方法:分析医联体的信息化现状和业务流程,划分系统的功能组成和设计系统总体架构,明确技术路线。结果:实现了医联体远程开单、远程检查结果获取等功能。结论:能够让医联体内的医师共享主体医院的医疗资源和信息资源,使患者在就近的医疗机构获得三甲医院的医疗服务。Objective： To facilitate the sharing of medical resources of the main hospital by physicians from basic medical institutions under the medical treatment alliance, and establish the medical treatment alliance information system. Methods： The current situation and business process of informatization of the medical treatment alliance are analyzed, the functional composition of the system is defined, the overall framework of the system is designed, and the technical route is defined. Results： The functions such as remote billing and remote result acquisition of the medical treatment alliance are realized. Conclusion： The doctors in the medical treatment alliance can share medical resources and information resources of the main hospital, and patients can get the medical services of 3 A hospitals in the nearest medical institution.
