摘　　要：随着医院业务的不断发展,各科室使用的计算机设备数量急剧增加,由此引发的设备故障问题愈发突出。传统的报障方式是通过电话或登录网页填写报障单进行报障,容易造成漏听电话或者报修不及时以及处理滞后、难以追踪等问题,进而影响正常的临床一线业务。研究基于微信公众平台,优化计算机设备报障流程,开发微信二维码报障系统,从而提高医院电脑室维修的服务水平和提高临床医务工作者对计算机管理员的满意度。With the continuous development of the hospital business, the number of computer equipment used in various departments of the hospital increased dramatically, resulting in the problem of equipment failure has become increasingly prominent. The traditional working way is basically through telephone or single warning sign of fill in, so easily lead to leakage of the phone or repair is not timely and difficult processing lag, and tracking problems, which affect the normal clinical service. This study is based on the WeChat public platform, optimization of computer equipment working process, the development of WeChat two-dimensional code warning system, so as to improve the service level of the hospital computer room maintenance, improve the clinical medical workers to the satisfaction of the administrator of the computer.
