摘  要:钛合金微弧氧化技术与其它表面处理技术相结合的复合涂层技术比其单一的微弧氧化技术有新的性能特点。复合涂层技术总体分三类:第一类,前处理+微弧氧化技术;第二类,微弧氧化直接复合技术;第三类,微弧氧化+后处理技术。本文就这三类基于微弧氧化的钛合金复合涂层技术研究现状进行了综述;阐述了钛合金不同微弧氧化复合涂层技术的制备技术、工艺和性能特点。The composite coating technology of titanium alloy micro arc oxidation combining with other surface treatment technology has its new performance characteristics compared with its single micro arc oxidation technology. It is divided into three categories: the first type: pretreatment+micro oxidation technology; the second type: micro oxidation direct composite technology; the third type: micro arc oxidation +post-processing technology. The research status of the three kinds of titanium alloy composite coating technology based on the micro arc oxidation were reviewed. The preparation technologies,process and performance characteristics of different micro arc oxidation composite coating technologies for titanium alloy were expounded.
