摘  要:为了研究Ce O2含量和粒度对Ni-P-Ce O2化学复合镀层组织结构及性能的影响,采用复合化学镀技术在45钢表面制备了Ni-P-Ce O2化学复合镀层并进行400℃的热处理。通过金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪观察了镀层表面形貌,并研究了热处理前后镀层的表面粗糙度、硬度、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性。结果表明:添加Ce O2后,镀层的组织、形貌有明显的变化,其中采用Ce O2含量为0.10 g/L的镀液制备的镀层胞状晶粒分布最均匀;200 nm粒度Ce O2比50 nm粒度Ce O2更易进入镀层,添加200 nm粒度Ce O2的镀层硬度和表面粗糙度相比50 nm粒度镀层较好;Ce O2为0.10 g/L制备的镀层性能较好;添加Ce O2可有效提高镀层的耐腐蚀性,采用Ce O2含量为0.20 g/L镀液所制备的镀层经热处理后耐腐蚀性最好。In order to study the effect of Ce O2content and particle size on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ni-P-Ce O2electroless composite coating,Ni-P-Ce O2electroless composite coating was prepared on 45 steel surface by electroless composite plating technology and it was heat treated at 400℃.The coating surface morphologies were observed by metalloscope and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The surface roughness,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating before and after heat treatment were studied.The results show that the microstructure and morphology of the coating after adding Ce O2have obvious change.Particularly,the cellular grains distribution of the coating prepared by the solution containing 0.10 g/L Ce O2is the most uniform.200 nm particle size Ce O2is easier to enter the coating than the 50 nm particle size Ce O2,and the coating with 200 nm particle size Ce O2has better hardness and surface roughness,compared with that with 50 nm particle size Ce O2.The coating prepared with Ce O2of 0.10 g/L has better properties.The corrosion resistance of the coating improves effectively by adding Ce O2,and the corrosion resistance of the coating prepared by plating solution with Ce O2content of 0.20 g/L is the best after heat treament.
