摘 要:淬火油槽温度一般应控制在60~100℃范围内。如果油温太低,粘度则偏高,导致流动性差,会对工件变形和硬度的均匀性产生不利影响。通过分析比较,确定淬火油槽冷却循环系统选用外置式热交换系统方案,分别对方案中的淬火油槽、冷却方式、换热器进行设计。将自主设计的冷却系统投入使用后,满足了目前产品的热处理需要。The temperature of quenching tank should be controlled in the range of 60-100 ℃. If the oil temperature is too low, the viscosity is too high, which results in poor fluidity, it will have an adverse effect on the workpiece deformation and hardness uniformity. Through analysis and comparison, it was determined that the cooling cycle system of quenched oil tank should choose the scheme of external heat exchange system, and the quenched oil tank, cooling mode and heat exchanger in the scheme were designed respectively. After putting the self-designed cooling system into use, the heat treatment needs of the products are satisfied.
