摘  要:为了研究不同热处理温度对稀土化学复合镀层组织结构及性能的影响,采用化学复合镀技术在45钢表面上制备了Ni-P-Ce O2化学复合镀层,通过金相显微镜观察了镀层表面,并检测了镀层表面的物相、粗糙度、硬度及耐磨性。结果表明:镀层经400℃以上热处理后已完全转变为晶态结构;经400℃热处理后镀层表面的胞状晶粒分布最均匀;镀层的硬度随热处理温度上升呈先升高后降低的趋势;相比于其他温度,400℃热处理后的镀层各项性能最好。In order to study the effect of different heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of rare earth electroless composite coating, the Ni-P-Ce O2 electroless composite coating was prepared on 45 steel surface by electroless composite plating technique. The surface of the coating was observed by metallographic microscope. The phase,roughness, hardness and wear resistance of the coating were tested. The results show that, after heat treatment above 400 ℃,the coating completely transforms into crystalline structure. The distribution of cellular grains on the surface of the coating after heat treatment at 400 ℃ is the most uniform. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the hardness of the coating increases firstly and then decreases. Compared to that at other temperatures, the properties of the coating after heat treatment at400 ℃ are the best.
