摘 要:为了研究彩涂工艺参数对低碳铝镇静钢组织和性能的影响,在不同时间及不同温度下对钢板进行模拟彩涂。结果表明:彩涂工艺对低碳铝镇静钢的组织影响不大。彩涂时间变长或彩涂温度升高时,晶粒尺寸略有增大。彩涂后,钢板的强度升高,塑性降低。彩涂时间和彩涂温度对屈服强度影响较大。经彩涂后,屈服强度升高了7-29 MPa。彩涂时间和彩涂温度对抗拉强度无明显影响。彩涂工艺对钢板的屈服平台长度影响较大。经彩涂后,屈服平台长度增加1.25%-4.00%。In order to study the effect of color coating process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of LCAK steel, the color coating process of the steel sheet under different time and temperatures was simulated. The result shows that color coating process has little effect on microstructure and mechanical properties of LCAK steel, when the color coating time becomes longer or the color coating temperature becomes higher, the grain size increases slightly. After color-coated processing, the strength of the steel sheet increases,but the ductility is reduced. The time and temperature of color coating have a great influence on yield strength of the steel plate. After color coating, the yield strength of the steel plate increases 7-29 MPa. The time and temperature of color coating have no obvious effect on the tensile strength. The color coating process has a great influence on the yield point elongation of the steel plate. After color coating, the yield point elongation of the steel plate increases 1.25%-4.00%.
