摘  要:采用不同的淬火温度和回火温度对20Cr钢飞轮试样进行了热处理,并分别在25℃室温和500℃高温环境下测试其磨损体积。结果表明:在试验条件下,随淬火温度从700℃增大到825℃或回火温度从160℃增大到200℃,飞轮的室温和高温磨损体积均先减小后增大,耐磨损性能先提高后下降。飞轮淬火和回火温度分别优选为800、180℃。20 Cr steel flywheel specimens were heat-treated by using different quenching temperatures and tempering temperatures. The wear volumes were measured at room temperature of 25 ℃and at high temperature of 500 ℃, respectively.The results show that: under the experimental conditions, with the quenching temperature increasing from 700 ℃to 825 ℃or the tempering temperature increasing from 160 ℃ to 200 ℃, the wear volumes of flywheel at room temperature and high temperature decrease firstly and then increase, and the wear resistance increases firstly and then decreases. The flywheel quenching and tempering temperature are preferably 800 ℃ and 180 ℃, respectively.
