摘  要:为探寻影响不育系异交结实率的因素,以异交结实率为高、中、低的3个不育系与其对应恢复系为试材,研究不育系的花瓣大小、柱头表面积、泌蜜量和龙骨瓣开张度等性状与异交结实率的关系。相关分析和通径分析表明:异交结实率与泌蜜量(0.994 8)、龙骨瓣开张度(0.955 8)和花瓣大小(0.324 5)呈正相关,与柱头表面积(-0.761 7)呈负相关,其中泌蜜量(0.276 2)与龙骨瓣开张度(1.106 2)对单株荚数有直接积极影响。综上,在育种过程中应以较高的光能转换率为基础,选择花朵较大,蜜量较高,龙骨瓣开张度较大,柱头表面积较小的不育系作为母本,可有效提高结实率,增加F1产量。In order to find out the factors that affect the seed setting rate of male sterile lines, three male sterile lines with high, middle and low outcrossing rate and the corresponding restorer lines were used as the test materials. The relationship between petal size, stigma surface area, nectar secretion, keel flap opening of the sterile lines and outcrossing rate were studied. Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between outcrossing rate and nectar secretion (0. 994 8), opening degree of dragon bone flap (0. 955 8) and petal size (0. 324 5), but a negative correlation with stigma surface area (-0. 761 7). Among them, the amount of secreting honey (0. 276 2) and the opening degree of dragon bone flap (1. 106 2) had direct and positive effects on pods per plant. In conclusion, the male sterile lines with larger flowers, higher honey content, larger opening degree of dragon bone flap and smaller stigma surface area should be selected as female parent on the basis of higher conversion rate of light energy, which could effectively increase seed setting rate and yield of F1.
