摘 要:大豆是世界上重要的油料和经济作物,也是种植面积最大的转基因作物。大豆体细胞胚再生途径的转基因方法至今仍没有较大突破,主要原因是体细胞胚诱导再生频率低且不稳定,同时受基因型影响明显,这些原因限制了其在不同大豆品种中的应用。文章对影响大豆体细胞胚频率的基因型、激素、p H及其它因素进行了梳理总结,从同源克隆、基因定位和重测序等方面对体细胞胚诱导再生的相关基因的研究进展情况进行了详细综述。并对大豆体细胞胚诱导再生的应用前景和存在问题进行了归纳分析,旨在为大豆体细胞胚诱导再生的进一步研究提供参考。Soybean is the most important oil and cash crops and the transgenic crops with the largest planting area in the world. There is still no major breakthrough in the transgenie method of soybean somatic embryo regeneration. The low and unstable induction and regeneration frequency of somatic embryos is the main reason, and it is obviously influenced by genotypes. Those reasons limit its application in different soybean cuhivars. This paper summarized the factors affecting the regeneration of somatic embryos of soybean. The genotypes, hormones, pH and other factors that influence the frequency of somatic embryogenesis in soybean were summarized. The research progress of somatic embryo induction and regeneration related genes was reviewed in detail from homologous cloning, gene mapping and resequencing. The application prospect and existing problems of somatic embryogenesis and regeneration in soybean were also summarized and analyzed aiming purpose is to provide directions and reference for further research on somatic embryogenesis and regeneration in soybean.
