摘 要:500 kV福港线海底电缆(以下简称"海底电缆")位于琼粤两省交界的琼州海峡西侧。该海域船只过往频密,渔业生产活动密集,台风、海流等气象水文条件和海底地质情况复杂、恶劣,海底电缆遭受过往船只抛锚、违规渔业活动等外力因素破坏的风险极高。文中根据海底电缆路运行与维护过程中主要面临的外力破坏风险,采用先进的雷达技术以有效监视海底电缆保护区内过往船舶活动情况,从而提高保护海底电缆安全稳定运行水平。500 kV Fugang line submarine cable(hereinafter referred to as"submarine cable")is located on the west side of Qiongzhou Strait at the junction of two provinces of Qiongyue.The sea area ships are frequent,and the fishery production activities are intensive.The meteorological and hydrographic conditions such as typhoon,current and so on are complicated and bad,and the risk of submarine cables being destroyed by the external factors such as the anchor of the past ships and the illegal fishing activities is very high.According to the main risk of external force damage in the operation and maintenance of submarine cable Road,the advanced radar technology was used to effectively monitor the activities of the past ships in the submarine cable protection area,so as to improve the safe and stable operation level of the submarine cable protection.
