基于风险评估的输电设备差异化运维策略的思考

摘　　要：我国输电技术的发展进步,为输电设备维护工作提出了新要求。基于此,阐述差异化运维策略的开展现状,提出了基于风险评估的输电设备差异化运维策略的制定方法,包括制定输电设备运行状态评价机制、采取评价等级管控措施和制定输电设备差异化运维的策略等,并验证了输电设备差异化运维策略的应用效果。With the development of transmission technology in China, new requirements are put forward for the maintenance of transmission equipment. Based on this, the present situation of differential operation and maintenance strategy is expounded, and the risk assessment is proposed. The methods of making differential operation and maintenance strategy of transmission equipment, including the evaluation mechanism of operation state of transmission equipment, the measures of evaluation grade control and control, the strategy of differential operation and maintenance of transmission equipment, etc. This paper also verifies the application effect of the differential operation and maintenance strategy for transmission equipment.
