摘　　要：重钢炼钢厂二系统6#R9m五流小方坯连铸机，现生产断面150×150mm，设计产能74万t，近期公司提出要兼容生产圆坯以满足新建钢管厂轧制坯料需求，为此结合该连铸机原设计方案及国内方圆坯生产实践，提出工艺技术及铸机设备改造要求，确保铸机生产方圆坯质量满足公司轧钢需求，改造后整体装备水平得到改善。The second system 6#R9m five-strand billet caster of the Chunggang Steel Plant has a production section of 150×150mm and a design capacity of 740,000 t. The company recently proposed to be compatible with the production of round billets to meet the demand for roiled billets of the new steel pipe plant. For this reason, combined with the original design of the continuous caster and the domestic round billet production practice, the requirements for the transformation of the process technology and the caster equipment are put forward to ensure that the quality of the billet produced by the caster meets the company＇s rolling demand, and the overall equipment level is improved after the transformation.
