西宁市医务人员幸福度现况及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的通过对西宁市医院医护人员幸福感调查,了解医务人员幸福感的现状。方法采用整群随机抽样调查方法,通过问卷调查,随机抽取青海省西宁市各区的四家医院的医护人员共200人进行调查。结果医务人员的总幸福指数(6.13±1.21),已婚幸福指数高于未婚;高级职称幸福指数低于初级及中级职称;硕士以上学历幸福指数高于本科学历幸福指数和专科及以下学历;性别幸福指数比较差异无统计学意义。结论西宁市医务人员总体幸福指数高,幸福指数受婚姻、职称、学历等影响。Objective Investigation on the well-being of health care workers in Xining city hospitals to understand the current situation of medical staff happiness. Methods A total of 200 health care workers in four hospitals in Xining were randomly selected by questionnaire survey using a cluster random sampling survey. Results The total happiness index of medical staff was（6.13 ± 1.21）. Married happiness index higher than unmarried; senior title happiness index lower than the junior and intermediate titles; master＇s degree or higher happiness index higher than the undergraduate education happiness index and the following qualifications; gender happiness index difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions Xining medical staff happiness index is high, happiness index by marriage, title, academic impact.
