新乡市某小学一起乙型流感暴发调查分析

摘　　要：目的对2017年12月22日发生在新乡市凤泉区某小学1起流感样病例暴发疫情进行调查处置,评价综合防控措施,为今后防控流感暴发提供科学依据。方法通过现场流行病学调查和实验室检测进行综合分析。结果疫情历时13d,共报告流感样病例28例,罹患率2.39%;在发生首发病例6d后发病达到高峰,采取控制措施后发病逐步下降;学生罹患率2.43%与教职工罹患率1.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.03,P<0.05),对27例流感样病例采集鼻咽拭标本中,23例乙型(Yamagata系)流感病毒核酸阳性。结论这是1起由乙型(Yamagata系)流感病毒引起的学校季节性流感暴发疫情,严格按照卫生部《流感样病例暴发疫情处置指南(2012)》的要求,落实多项综合性预防控制措施是疫情及时控制的关键。Objective A case of influenza like outbreak occurred in a primary school in Fengquan District of Xinxiang City in December 22 nd 2017 was investigated and disposed.The comprehensive prevention and control measures were evaluated to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza outbreak in the future. Methods The epidemic was analyzed through field epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing. Results A total of 28 influenza like illness（ILI） cases were found during the epidemic which lasted for 13 days with the attack rate of 2.39 %;There was a significant difference（χ^2 =11.034,P〈0.05）between 2.43 % of the students＇ incidence rate and the rate of1.69 % of the staff. In 27 nasopharyngeal swabs of ILI cases 23 nasopharyngeal swabs were positive for Influenza B（Yamagata） virus nucleic acid. Conclusions This is a school seasonal influenza outbreak caused by type B Yamagata influenza virus. It is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health＇s guidelines for the handling of Influenza-like outbreaks（2012）. The implementation of many comprehensive preventive and control measures is the key to timely control of the epidemic situation.
