摘  要:为了解不同育苗方式条件下晚松不同种源苗期生长及生物量差异,选择江西省3个不同种源的晚松,采取露地直播和容器育苗两种方式播种,对一年生晚松苗期的苗高、地径和生物量等进行测定和分析。结果表明:露地直播的晚松地径和冠幅显著大于容器苗,但其苗高相对更小,苗高和地径表现为峡江>安福>泰和,冠幅表现为峡江>泰和>安福;露地苗的苗高种源间无显著差异,而容器苗有极显著差异,地径和冠幅差异规律一致,均达显著水平;露地苗的一级侧根数显著多于容器苗,主根长和一级侧根均长无显著差异,且长度均表现为峡江>安福>泰和,一级侧根数表现为峡江>泰和>安福;露地苗的一级侧根数种源间差异极显著,容器苗差异不显著,露地苗的一级侧根均长无显著差异,而容器苗有显著性差异;同种育苗方式,种源间的主根长均无显著差异;露地直播的晚松地上部分、地下部分和总的生物量均显著大于容器育苗,各生物量均表现为峡江>安福>泰和;露地苗的各部分生物量种源间差异均达显著水平,而容器苗差异均不显著;一年生的晚松,除了苗高容器育苗较露地直播高,其他生长指标和生物量均以露地直播方式较好,露地直播对晚松能源利用率的提高效果更显著。峡江种源晚松的各生长指标以及各生物量均大于安福和泰和种源,可选为优良种源做进一步研究。To understand the differences of growth and biomass about pond pine of different regions, advantages and disadvantages of different ways of seeding. Choose three regions' pond pine seeds from Jiangxi province, taking direct and container seeding ways, test and analyze seedling's height, ground diameter and biomass aboutannual pond pine.Outdoor live pond pine caliper and crown were significantly greater than the container seedling, but the seedling height is relatively smaller. The size of height and grown diameter is XJ 〉 AF 〉 TH, the crown is XJ 〉 TH 〉 AF; there is no significant differences in outdoor seedling height, but container different significantly, the crown and grown diameter have significant differences. Outdoor live primary lateral root number significantly more than container, taproot length and level of lateral root length don't have, the length of which shows XJ 〉 AF 〉 TH, primary lateral root number XJ 〉 TH 〉 AF; Outdoor primary lateral root number have significant differences,but container don't have, outdoor seedling level of lateral root length have no significant differencesbut container have,in the same seeding way, taproot lengthhasno significant differences. Outdoor overground, underground, and the total biomass are significantly greater thancontainer, biomass shows XJ 〉 AF 〉 TH; All parts of the biomass outdoor have significant differences, but container don't have. Compared with direct seeding, container seeding is better in heights, direct seeding is better in other growth indicators and biomass. Outdoor live had more effects on pond pine to improve energy efficiency. The growth indicators and accumulated biomass about annual pond pine is best in X J, which can be chosen as excellent provenance to do further research.
