加味保和丸联合护肝胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及对患者血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味保和丸联合护肝胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效及对患者血脂水平的影响。方法:选取2015年5月至2017年5月郑州市第六人民医院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予护肝胶囊,观察组患者给予加味保和丸联合护肝胶囊,两组患者均治疗20周。对比观察两组患者的临床疗效、肝功能指标[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)]、血脂指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.0%(48/50),明显高于对照组的68.0%(34/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的AST、ALT、GGT、TC及TG水平较治疗前明显降低,差异均有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组患者上述指标明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:加味保和丸联合护肝胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效显著,可改善患者血脂水平,安全性高。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Jiaweibaohe pills combined with Hugan capsule in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） and its effects on patients＇ blood lipid level. METHODS： 100 patients with NAFLD admitted into the Sixth People＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with Hugan capsule,while the observation group was given Jiaweibaohe pills combined with Hugan capsule,both groups were treated for 20 weeks. Clinical efficacy,indices of liver function（ AST,ALT,GGT） and blood lipid（ TC,TG）,incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group was 96. 0%（ 48/50）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 68. 0%,34/50）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the AST,ALT,GGT,TC and TG levels of both groups had been significantly decreased,with extremely statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 01）,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than control group, with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; no severe adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Jiaweibaohe pills combined with Hugan capsule in treatment of NAFLD is remarkable,which can improve patients＇ blood lipid level,with high safety.
