摘  要:对感染猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)的Vero细胞进行透射电镜观察发现:在病毒感染初期(6h),尽管细胞结构完整,部分细胞线粒体、粗面内质网扩张,胞浆出现空泡;随着感染时间的增长(12h),病毒粒子逐渐增多,细胞质内出现较多空泡状结构,病毒粒子先后出现在胞浆及细胞核内部;感染24h后,病毒粒子数目显著增多,空泡化明显,出现细胞核分解,细胞融合更加明显;感染最后阶段(48h),空泡化严重,核质固缩,细胞间大量融合,病毒粒子出芽排出。以上结果,为揭示猪流行性腹泻病毒的感染与致病机制积累了数据。Transmission electron microscope (TEM) was employed to investigate the pathological changes in Vero cells infected by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV).It is observed that at the incipient phase of the infection (6 h),though with intact cellular structure,part of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic retiulums expanded,cytoplasm vacuolization emerged.With the infection lasting (12 h),the virus particles gradually increased,more vacuolar structures appeared in cytoplasm,and virus particles successively appeared in cytoplasm and nuclei.As infection lasting 24 hours,with an observably increasing viron amount,the mitochondria vacuolization and cell fusion became more prominent,even nucleus lysis was observed.At the final phase of infection (48 h),with severe vacuolization,nuclear condensation and cell infusion,the neonatal PEDV virons were budding from the infected Vero cells.All the results above laid a data foundation for unveiling the infection and pathogenic mechanism of PEDV.
