摘　　要：信息社会,信息产业竞争力逐渐成为衡量国家信息化水平的重要标志。把云模型与德尔菲专家打分法相结合,计算评价指标云权重,评价指标的定性与定量转换利用云发生器实现。该方法使得信息产业国际竞争力评价分析科学可靠。In the information society,the competitiveness of the information industry has gradually become an important indicator of the level of national informatization. The cloud model was combined with the Delphi expert scoring method to calculate the cloud weight of evaluation indicators. Qualitative and quantitative conversion of evaluation indicators was achieved using a cloud generator. This method makes the evaluation and analysis of the international competitiveness of the information industry scientific and reliable.
