摘  要:合理的雄穗结构是协调玉米雌雄穗发育和增加产量过程中重要的农艺性状。本研究以掖488×Va35-2构建的230个F_(2:3)家系,结合2个环境下的表型鉴定,运用复合区间作图法(CIM)对不同生态环境下的玉米雄穗分枝数和雄穗主轴长进行QTLs定位和效应分析。结果表明,F2:3家系在单个环境下总共检测到7个雄穗分枝数QTLs和8个雄穗主轴长QTLs,分别位于第1、第2、第3、第4、第5、第6、第7、第9和第10号染色体上,且单个QTL的表型贡献率介于3.38%~17.01%之间。其中在2个环境下同时检测到8个稳定表达的s QTLs(包括4个雄穗分枝数s QTLs:3.04 bin的qTBN-Ch.3-1,5.04 bin的qTBN-Ch.5-1,7.02 bin的qTBN-Ch.7-1,9.01-9.02 bin的qTBN-Ch.9-1和4个雄穗主轴长s QTLs:2.05 bin的qTTL-Ch.2-1,3.04 bin的qTTL-Ch.3-2,9.01-9.02 bin的qTTL-Ch.9-1,10.01 bin的qTTL-Ch.10-1)。这些在不同环境下能够稳定存在的s QTLs可为玉米雄穗相关性状的生产应用、精细定位及基因克隆提供有价值的参考。The rational tassel structure is an important agronomic trait in the process of coordinating the development of female and male ears, and further increasing the yield in maize(Zea mays L.). In this study, we evaluated230 F2:3 family lines derived from Ye488 ×Va35-2 to identify and analyze QTLs effects for tassel branch number(TBN) and total tassel length(TTL) with composite interval mapping(CIM) under two different environments.The results showed that in a single environment, 7 QTLs for TBN and 8 QTLs for TTL were detected in F2:3 family at1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 chromosomes and the phenotypic contribution rate of single QTL was 3.38%~17.01%.With 8 stable QTLs(s QTLs) were commonly identified under 2 environments(including 4 s QTLs for TBN: 3.04 bin(qTBN-Ch.3-1), 5.04 bin(qTBN-Ch.5-1), 7.02 bin(qTBN-Ch.7-1), 9.01-9.02 bin(qTBN-Ch.9-1), and4 s QTLs for TTL: 2.05 bin(qTTL-Ch.2-1), 3.04 bin(qTTL-Ch.3-2), 9.01-9.02 bin(qTTL-Ch.9-1), 10.01 bin(qTTL-Ch.10-1)). These s QTLs which were stable in different environments could provide valuable reference for the production, application, precision mapping and positional gene cloning of the tassel related traits in maize.
