摘 要:以‘红色印象’郁金香(Tulipa‘Red impression’)为试验材料,通过不同激素处理,观测其对郁金香花期的影响,同时在栽植期、出芽期、现蕾期、盛花期以及衰败期采集其鳞片以及根盘组织,测定各部位含水量、可溶性糖以及可溶性蛋白质的含量。结果显示:外源激素对花期没有显著影响,但是能够明显延长花朵的开放时间;与后期激素处理相比,前期处理对延长单朵花开放时间的效果更好。外源激素对含水量及可溶性糖含量几乎没有影响,但是处理导致可溶性蛋白质含量显著提高。因此,该结果表明激素处理能够延长单朵花开放时间可能主要与复杂的蛋白质变化及调节有关。本实验结果初步显示了外施植物生长调节剂对郁金香生长发育过程中种球内生理变化的影响,以期为进一步花期调控提供理论依据。Using Tulipa‘Red impression'as experimental materials, the study observed the effect of different hormones treatments on Tulipa florescence. At the same time, the scales and basal stems were collected in planting time,budding time, squaring stage, full-bloom stage and decay period, and the contents of water, soluble sugar and soluble protein in each parts were measured. The results showed that the exogenous hormones had no significant effect on florescence but could significantly extend the flowering time. Compared with post-hormone treatment, propase treatment had better effect on flowering time extension of single flower. Exogenous hormones had almost little effect on the content of water and soluble sugar. However, after the treatment, the soluble protein content increased significantly. Therefore, the results indicated that the ability of exogenous hormones treatment to extend the flowering time of single flower might be related to complex protein changes and regulation. The results of this study preliminarily showed the influence of the externally applied plant growth regulator on the physiological changes of the seeds during the growth and development of tulip, and might provide a theoretical basis for further florescence regulation.
