摘 要:采用中海油环烷基润滑油生产工艺进行了制备食品级白油原料的中试试验,提出了食品级白油的原料控制指标。结果表明,以中海油绥中36-1减二线馏分油、减三线馏分油为原料,采用中海油泰州石化公司环烷基润滑油三段高压加氢工艺,其减二线馏分油可以生产2号食品级白油原料,减三线馏分油因5%点碳数偏低不能生产4号食品级白油原料。调整加氢处理温度改变食品级白油原料的芳烃含量,在食品级白油通用加氢条件下,低紫外吸光度的油品更容易得到合格的食品级白油。以环烷基润滑油基础油生产2号食品级白油,油品的直接法紫外吸光度可以作为白油原料的主要控制指标,要求275 nm不大于17.4,295 nm不大于1.9,300 nm不大于1.7,紫外吸光度超出此范围的环烷基油品通过单段白油加氢工艺很难得到合格的食品级白油。The food grade white oil feedstocks were prepared in a pilot test according to CNOOC naphthenic lube base oil production process,and the specifications of feedstocks were presented for the production of food grade while oil.The results show that,when the vacuum side-draw 2 fraction and vacuum side-draw 3 fraction of CNOOC SZ36-1 are used as the feedstock and the 3-stage HP hydrogenation process for naphthenic lube base oil of CNOOC Taizhou Petrochemical Company is applied,the vacuum side-draw 2 can be used to produce No.2 food-grade white oil.Whereas,the vacuum side-draw 3 can not be used to produce No.4 food grade white oil feedstock because the carbon number is low.By adjustment of hydrotreating temperature and changing the aromatics content in food-grade white oil feedstock,it is easier to get the specified food-grade white oil by the oil with low ultraviolet absorbancy.For the No.2 food-grade white oil produced from naphthenic lube base oil,UV absorbance can be used as the main control specification of white oil feedstock.If the UV absorbance at 275 nm,295 nm and 300 nm is lower than 17.4,1.9 and 1.7 respectively,it is difficult to get the specified food-grade white oil through a single-stage hydrogenation for white oil.
