摘　　要：目的 :比较使用经尿道绿激光前列腺气化切除术(PVP)与经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术(PRP)对高危高龄前列腺增生症(BHP)患者进行治疗的效果。方法 :选取2016年2月至2017年2月期间东营市第二人民医院收治的65例高危高龄BHP患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为A组(n=33)和B组(n=32)。为A组患者使用经尿道绿激光PVP进行治疗。为B组患者使用经尿道双极PRP进行治疗。然后观察两组患者的各项临床指标及并发症的发生情况。结果 :A组患者术中的出血量少于B组患者(P<0.05),其术后住院的时间、进行膀胱冲洗的时间及留置导尿管的时间均短于B组患者(P<0.05),其并发症的发生率低于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :与使用经尿道双极PRP相比,使用经尿道绿激光PVP对高危高龄BHP患者进行治疗对其造成的创伤小,其术后身体恢复的速度快,并发症的发生率低。objective： to compare the use of green laser transurethral vaporization resection of prostate（PVP） and transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy（PRP） on the high-risk elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia（BHP） the effect of the treatment. Methods： 65 patients with high risk of advanced age were selected from the second people＇s hospital of dongying city from February 2016 to February 2017. These patients were randomly divided into group A（n=33） and group B（n=32）. The patients in group A were treated with transurethral green laser PVP. Treatment with transurethral bipolar PRP was used for group B patients. Then, the clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were observed. Results： the perioperative blood loss in patients less than group B patients of group A（P〈0.05）, postoperative hospitalization time, bladder washout and urethral catheter time are shorter than group B patients（P〈0.05）, the incidence of complications than group B patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： compared with the use of transurethral bipolar PRP, using transurethral green laser PVP treatment in patients with high-risk elderly BHP to its small trauma, the postoperative body recovery speed, lower the incidence rate of complication.
