随机尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值检测在评估妊娠期高血压患者肾功能中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨随机尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(UACR)检测在评估妊娠期高血压疾病患者肾功能中的应用价值。方法 :将2015年1月至2017年6月期间梓潼县人民医院收治的60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者及同期在该院进行产前检查的35例健康孕妇作为研究对象。将其中60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者设为研究组,将其中35例健康孕妇设为对照组。对两组受检者均进行尿微量白蛋白、尿肌酐及24 h尿蛋白定量的检测。然后比较两组受检者的检测结果。结果 :检测的结果显示,研究组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、随机UACR均大于对照组受检者(P<0.05)。在研究组患者中,子痫患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、随机UACR均大于妊娠期高血压、子痫前期患者(P<0.05)。子痫前期患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、随机UACR均大于妊娠期高血压患者(P<0.05)。结论 :将UACR检测应用于评估妊娠期高血压疾病患者肾功能中可取得较为理想的临床效果。objective： to explore the application value of random urine microalbumin and urinary creatinine ratio（UACR） in the evaluation of renal function in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods： between January 2015 and June 2017 zitong county people＇s hospital treated during the period of 60 patients with gestational hypertension disease and in the same period in the hospital for antenatal examination of 35 cases of healthy pregnant women as the research object. Among them, 60 patients with gestational hypertension were set up as the study group, and 35 healthy pregnant women were set as control group. Urinary microalbumin, urine creatinine and 24 h urine protein were detected in both groups. The results were then compared between the two groups. Results： the test results showed that the quantitative and random UACR of 24 h urine protein in the study group was larger than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In the study group, the 24 h urinary protein quantification and random UACR of the patients with eclampsia were higher than those in gestational hypertension and pre-eclampsia（P〈0.05）. Patients with preeclampsia were more than 24 hours of urine protein and random UACR（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： UACR can be used in the evaluation of renal function in patients with gestational hypertension.
